Founder Story
Built From the Floor Up
Founder, Cory Crawford, holds a degree in Industrial and Manufacturing Systems Engineering from Lehigh University and brings 25 years of experience across manufacturing engineering and shop-floor management. In successful teams, he repeatedly saw how energy and motivation shape the way people solve problems, collaborate, and sustain performance.
As an avid distance runner and parent of two young children, I also experienced the challenge of low energy firsthand. I applied the same Continuous Improvement problem-solving mindset I used in manufacturing: establish a baseline, identify stressors, test practical interventions, and measure what changes.
Better health starts with understanding the system, then making practical, measurable improvements.
Founder, Aevimetric Wellness
That experience led to Aevimetric Wellness and a focus on supporting the balance between the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous systems. By using HRV-informed insights to guide individualized support, we help employees build foundations for better sleep, steadier energy, stronger motivation, more innovative thinking, and greater resilience under stress.
